These do exist, I have one on my upper arm , no blood, sebum can look grey as t depends on your slinging too.

Totally fake. You can see the edges where the "absess" has been stuck onto the skin

I work in the sporner industry (NHS podiatry) and I have NEVER seen anything grey come out of a patient.
I've seen exploding feet, I remove necrotic feet and toes all the time, never seen anything grey 😂
