Start of an abscess

I didn't notice it as it was sore but it has a head, or did until I burst it
The red/pink lump, the weird scar and other jump is from plastic surgery I had to close a previous abscess....

Am desperate not to end up with an open wound for months so I've drenched it in hibiscrub in the shower

I hope you get rid of it without pain

I'm hoping it doesn't survive the hibiscrub, soap and acne spray it's just been drowned it
