Started yesterday. Middle of my back, can't reach it myself. It started off as a small painful lump that I thought was a spot and asked my husband to squeeze it. He did and small bit of white stuff came out and thought that was it. Then pain returned and this afternoon I asked him to squeeze it again and this time loads came out, still small in size. Now it hurts to touch and its about the size of my palm but nothing else is coming out and i don't think i can take any more squeezing.
Very swollen and painful in certain areas. Tried hot water bottle on it thinking it might help but it didn't.
Do people go to GP this soon or is it something I need to wait out at home?
