Thing I pulled out from my nose

It has been v itchy in my upper nose, near the nostril. I scratched it yesterday and git a plug out.
Today I felt something in the skin and actually pulled thus out! It seems to be two bits, attached. Am not saying its a worm! but looks like one!

Hi, this is scary to me and I need to share. It’s also pretty disgraceful so beware.. I’ve been coughing up pretty big blobs that look like some type of worm or parasite. I also have similar issue with my sinuses and my nose is a mess! I’m terrified! The lightest color one (yellowish/green) is what I cough up, and the darker ones are from my nose!!

Probably sinusitis or similar? The mucus is in a string because that's the shape of the tubes at the back of your nose and throat.

To be honest, these all just look like bogeys to me. The white one might be the kind of bogey you get when your nose is very dry inside, like a piece of dried out skin. If you really rummage for these ones you'll make your nose bleed. The other darker coloured ones look more standard bogeys and the darkest has got blood in it so you've probably scratched while having a root around. None look like worms. Stop panicking!

Oh sod. I've walked into writing about bogeys on a zombie thread.

It’s a mucus plug that build up in your sinuses. A nasal rinse like NeilMed will work well to wash out any remnants. They often slide down your throat.

Have you had a bad cold recently? Or given up smoking? My mum had some glorious globules that she hacked up in the few weeks following stopping.

I've had chronic sinus infections for the past year. I also broke it I think when my dog and I were playing and his head smashed into my nose. I feel broken bone(s0 in there too. I'm a mess!
