Before they start popping they look like loads of sand dunes on his chin. I'm surprised he wasn't tempted to get them himself

I always find it best practice to wipe the pus all over their chin after you've extracted it.
Also, are we going to talk about the massive one in the middle of the chin they just left???

How can people leave them to get so big? I would have had them out as soon as they were squeezable, if not before!
