I'm on holiday, and I have fallen down the rabbit hole of sporner videos on Tik Tok..and something occurred to me..we were always told never to squeeze blackheads using our fingers because it would scar..and yet even the professionals do it? Why is that?

Because they are doing it on other people for video likes so don’t care if other people end up scarred?

Presumably they want to do the fun bits themselves!

It is bullshit. I have dermatillomania, have done for 25 years and despite serious gouging and weeping/infected skin, I don't ha e a scar. Never mind blackhead squeezing 🙄
