Emergency to get rid of the mountains in my face please?!

I did post in chat but was advised it may be best here.

Two gigantic (cystic?) spots appeared on my face yesterday and I have woken up to them really sore and angry.

They don't have a head.

I have an event tomorrow night and I am desperate for them to be gone, or significantly reduced in size.

I'm allergic to acnecide.

I'll try anything. Please help!!!!
