Advice please. Noticed a small dark raised spot thing yesterday in the pubic area (outside not inside) and of course I stuck a sterilised needle into it coz I’m a proper sprinter. It did bleed quite a lot, went flat but has just filled back up again. Just seems to be filled with blood. Looks kind of like a tiny blood blister. Don’t know if it’s some kind of damage to a gland or hair follicle or whatever is down there but the only possible trauma to the area was a small bike ride at the weekend?
What is the course of action? Leave alone? Apply something? Attack with needle again?
