They really ought to make larger incisions - it would lessen the amount of squeezing and pulling required and make it much easier to get the sac out.

I don't understand that either. Maybe they can't do it under local if they're slicing into people?

The sac was truly horrific ,blerk!

They can't make larger incisions because they're beauticians not dermatologists , and bigger olds need medical training.
