Tiny wart like holes

I’ve got these tiny holes on my feet that I’ve had for about 3 years and they are starting to spread. They don’t hurt but they are all crusty, and look like they have black and brown gunk in them. Any idea what it is?

Verruccas?

Sounds like verrucas, but hard to say without pictures.

Sounds like Mosaic Veruccas. My son had them. We tried every treatment under the sun to no avail, until we were sick of trying. He came home from uni this summer and they've completely disappeared. Only took about 10 years 🙄
