Sterile needle in the hole first to loosen the exit. Warm flannels to soften it up. Gentle squeeze (older skin).

Yep, it’s appalling because it’s so massive it could get infected, if I were her I would contact age concern because skin care in older people is really important.

. I love a massive blackhead but that is going to absolutely stink - I think it will need properly cutting out.

I think in the end someone that does it privately offered to help for free. The poor woman was quite distressed.
