There looked to be loads of scar tissue, the doctor struggled to get the scalpel & needle through the skin. I can't believe they stitched it up straight away, I would have expected it to need packing after the amount that came out.

I was surprised (and a bit disappointed!) that it was stitched straight away.
Those are usually packed, I think.

I’m pretty sure it will just fill up again with the sac being removed.

Yep, same here. I watched the cow hoof one, no problem, but not this. I think it's the colour of the gunk, it made me retch.

That pus was grey....

It doesn't look real at all
