HELP.. abscess/boil but NO head?! Picture attached

Hello,

I have an abscess/boil (not sure?) But it has no head!!

It's super painful to touch but is very near the surface. It feels like it's ready to pop but has no way out!!

I have antibiotics on standby but I feel its soo far gone for them to get rid of it without me popping it first?!

Any ideas?!

Heat, lots of heat for as long as possible (but be careful not to burn yourself).
Vicks vapor rub
Epsom salt bath
I get boils regular due to a condition I have. Heat is the key.

Hot flannel to encourage it ?

Try getting your fingers sorting underneath it and putting gentle pressure. Heat too.

Sterilised needle. Create an outlet.

Right guys, I sterilised a needle and popped it.

Problem is the needle was too thin and one hour later its still draining!! I have no bigger needles!!

Any advice?

Could you bear to reinsert the needle and give it a really good wiggle? That’s what o did with mine

You know no one will give you anymore advise till you post more pics…

Please tell me you've taken a video of it draining for the past hour. Or at least photos for me.

Stick the needle in and give it a wiggle

Where on the body is that? I just can't work it out?
