Wart - are we winning the war?

Hi,
My little boy has a wart on the palm of his hand; I've never had to deal with one before.
My daughter had a small cluster of verrucas a year or so ago, which we treated with Wart Away, but as her brother is only 2, that isn't suitable (nor are other things I can find that "kill" the wart).
I've been using Spirularin on a plaster (changing morning and night) instead, as that is meant to encourage the healthy skin and drive the wart away, rather than burning it off.
It seems to be changing, but would appreciate opinions of anyone who's battlesd warts before, whether this looks like it is dying or not? (The very white one is after plaster had been removed after being on all day, the next after drying out for a couple of hours and the third after being plaster-free all night, as we left the plaster off last night to let his skin get some air).

It looks like you are, in the first one you can see black specks but not in the last.
