Where can I get a large blackhead removed in London?

As the title says really. And yes, I have Googled it, however the results all consist of blackhead removal videos - satisfying but unhelpful. Or oddly, clinics in America.

I've discovered a very large blackhead behind my ear (will try to get a photo but even being able to see it in a mirror requires two hands so I'm not sure I can). It's in a really difficult place to get at which is why I've only just noticed it!

I daren't try and tackle it myself, quite apart from the fact I'd need a couple more limbs it also doesn't seem to have an obvious head, so I'm really hoping someone might be able to recommend a clinic which can deal with this for me?

Get some magnesium paste from the pharmacy, stick a blob onto it every night for a few days. It should pop with no problem.

Have you seen tv programme The Bad Skin Clinic? I can't remember the specialist's name but sure she's located at 152 Harley Street

I'd show it to a pharmacist. See what they recommend.

I just asked my housemate to have a look (she's a trainee nurse) and she thinks it might actually be a healing blood blister as she can't see any head or opening either. It was definitely more swollen yesterday than today, so we're going to give it 48 hours or so and if it's not improving then it will be a call to the doctor's next week for a look.

Thank you for all the suggestions of specific dermatologists / clinics, I'll keep them in reserve! And if all else fails I'll call @BSJohnson and @thefelineofthespecies

It doesn’t really look like a blackhead. Have you bruised the skin by trying to squeeze it?

I dunno but it looks amazing, please ask whoever removes it to film it.

I've realised I follow the London skin and hair clinic on youtube and they certainly do cysts.

I haven't touched it other than to have a look. I felt a lump yesterday evening (not painful to touch), couldn't really get a good look at it then as the light in our bathroom isn't the best, this morning it's less swollen and still not painful. There has been no squeezing or poking (yet)! I can't get at it myself as I need more than 2 hands to see what I'm doing.

Like I said my housemate thinks it might be an old blood blister healing (possibly from a mask or my headphones?) so we're going to keep an eye over the weekend and if no improvement then will see a doctor / pharmacist / other professional.
