How bad does you skin have to be to get blackheads like that?

My late father had several pores on his back called dilated pores of Winer. They were enormous, about an inch across and the biggest 2 inches and shaped like the British Isles . I got to squeeze them once and I still remember 30 years later

Gatekeeper - you are right in that those "blackheads" are more than likely Dilated Pores of Winer.
Sorry to spoil everyone's fun, but squeezing them or using a comedo extractor doesn't eliminate the problem, they just come back. They are in fact harmless, but just look gross 😫
The only permanent method is for a dermatologist to carry out a surgical removal via a biopsy.
So to all of you drooling and salivating at the prospect of having a squeeze - tough luck 🤣🤣🤣
