I've got shingles, and I'm feeling sorry for myself and bored - work have told me I have to be off sick 'to take time to recover' even though I wfh.

So I thought I'd share my blisters with the interweb, if you're interested?

Poor you!! I’ve had shingles 25 times now - just recovering from the latest round.

I hope you’re feeling better and recovering well.

The worst part is the PHN that can come after. (Post herpetic neuralgia).

I’m on naproxen and gabapentin to try and help with the nerve pain, but it’s not helping right now ☹️
