I have an unpoppable spot

It’s in my ear. It’s incredibly painful, when I touch it it hurts like a fucker and feels like a normal spot with a head but it won’t fucking pop. I’ve tried my sharp spot tweezers and nothing. I’m currently sat with a hot water bottle strapped to the side of my head

Hot water on a q-tip? It might help it come to the surface.

Oh my god I get these. Awful spots in my ears. Why?!

Heat and pressure work eventually for me but it’s not pleasant.

I’m out of cotton buds annoyingly! Or I would try the hot water. I do have an ear syringe but I feel like direct hot water probably isn’t great

Is there someone you trust with a sanitised sharp needle?

Hot water on anything would help, maybe rolled up corner of a flannel

Remember when you were in school and used to write with one hand and lean your head on your other, elbow on the table, hand on the side of your head? Do that. That gets my ear mings to pop

I got it! Hot water bottle for ages and a fab hook shaped spot popping thing. It’s still sore but not nearly as bad. More gunk than I expected but just on my finger so not very photogenic I’m afraid
