Yes, definitely steatosystomas so it’s oil rather than pus, I think. Does anyone else feel like their vocabulary has expanded since watching ‘popping’ videos? Steatosystomas, pilar cysts, dilated pores of winer, eruptive vellus hair cysts...🤣
