Okay, this is probably a disappointing thread as it's not really sporny, but thought you people might know!
I had a spot on my leg last week, upper thigh. It took a long time to come to a head and had a large, warmish ring of slightly raised red skin around it. I wondered if it might be an infection so cleaned it carefully.
The spot itself got better but the skin is still there. It's like orange peel texture and itchy.
Does that sound right.? The red area isn't getting larger though.
