The tweezers and gauze and poking makes me cringe but look at the pus Poor guy, that looks so sore

He said in previous cases there had been maggots in the ear!

And the ear abscess....couldn't they have used a softer tool than tweezers with really thin gauze over the end!! That must have hurt.
