Undressing for shower and caught sight of a lump on my side below my armpit. A quick feel confirmed it was the size of a large ish pea deep under the skin (& also completely painless!).

A gentle squeeze and it immediately went to a point so I kept going........ and it was GLORIOUS!!

Going to get H to have a go at it when he gets home as I'm sure there's more to come!

And I'll add that I had to wipe the bathroom walls a couple of times due to the explosive nature of some of the expulsions!
