Lovely pus filled bursitus

My DH is in hospital with this. He has promised me that if they burst it, he'll get them to film it.

Ouch. That looks sore.

I had this a few years ago after bashing my elbow on the door handle. i walked into the surgery to see the nurse and when she asked what the problem was, my elbow burst!!!!

OP - that looks really painful

He went into a&e with it last Sunday and has been in hospital since then. He's on IV antibiotics every 5 hours and the swelling in his arm has gone down, but the pus in the elbow is as bad as ever. He snuck home for an hour this afternoon and I had to sit on my hands. One tiny little squeeze and that thing would hit the back wall of the garden.

I am off for the best google of my life.

Oo, I'd be so tempted to sneak up on that with a sterilised needle, probably when he was asleep.
