Tell me what to do with a milia?

I've looked online, advice seems to be to leave well alone.... Like hell! Do I warm compress then squeeze? Or will I need a pin?
I'll try to film it for you, obviously Grin

Pin. They're usually just a bit of keratin so don't respond to usual 'spot' treatment like heat.

Use a sterilised pin to make a slit and pop it out. Look at Dr Pimple Popper on Youtube for how to do it. Don't do what I did and scratch at it until it popped out.

Thanks! I've never had the pleasure before, do I pin on top of it and squeeze, or sort of to the side?
I'm useless at this and don't want a whacking great scab on my face from digging away for ages

You can make sure you exfoliate the area every day (in my case rub with a rough flannel) that got rid of the 3 on my temples (they popped themselves very satisfying).

I have one on my chin more stubborn but considering pin...

At the bottom of it.

I put a little slit in mine then used one of those metal blackhead extractors. Hurt like hell, very unsatisfying. It didn’t seem to actually come out but once the slit healed the milia had actually vanished.

My 8 year old has a giant one on the edge of his ear lobe for ever!. Its really really annoying me. I had a quick go with a little pin but it pretty giant and the skin over it seems like its made of sold rubber..

Depending on how big it is you might need to cut it rather than prick it. I had one which grew really massive over a short period of time. I booked in to have it professionally removed but then I noticed some stuff coming out. It had burst. I tried squeezing it like a pimple but could get much out. I eventually realised that I should use the ends of two hair pins to pinch underneath it and then pull to the surface to squeeze it out. Took half an hour but was very satisfying.
