Share your wisdom please! This ?spot ?cyst is on the border of my lower lip. Been there for weeks as a tiny bump, getting progressively bigger and more painful for 3 days. It’s got a really thick skin over it and isn’t pointing but feels like it just needs to pop! Tried a hot flannel to no avail. I think it would be too painful to needle but I’m tempted.
Please help!
