Massive lump in ear - with pics

Felt this bad boy brewing a couple of days ago, and have been incessantly poking at it since then. It's a compulsion. Hurts like buggery, and DH tells me it's infected and I need an antibiotic. I haven't got anything but some clear goop out of it, am hoping for the motherload soon!

Please update if you manage to burst it.

I've managed to get some wee out of it, but not a significant amount of pus. I took it to the pharmacist today, who advised magnesium sulphate to draw out the infection, and antibiotics if that doesn't work.
