Wtf Is on my scalp?

I need help spooners.

A pus-filled lump has appeared on my scalp. What do I do? I know that photos are obligatory so here you are.

Oh dear, no time to get it checked. I go on holiday on Sunday Shock I think some pus has come out, it was definitely wet in my hair. I do have a head full of pilar cysts but this is small in comparison to them.
