Strange thing growing on my finger

Woke up this morning with a sore finger now I've got a yellow weepy scab in between one of fingers.
Does it look like impetigo and if it is what do I do ? 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Could be Pompholyx (dyshidrotic eczema), Google that. Is it itchy?
