How does it get that bad? Is it lack of washing or just crappy skin?

Omg! I watched part 1 afterwards as well. But I never understand why, when there are so many easy huge ones just begging to be removed, they waste their time on small ones that just aren’t coming out? Leave it and do the good ones!
