I’m not there to help out.

It started as an ingrown hair. Which I dealt with. I’m now away on work and not home until Friday.

He is incapable of popping spots - even ripe ones he just can’t do. He’s useless.

I would suggest leave it until Friday but he’s in pain and miserable.

I’ve suggested mag sulf but wondering if a hot flannel will work?

Ouch that looks painful if not infected!

I'd put savlon/TCP on it and then sudocrem. Certainly wouldn't pop it, he may even need antibiotics for that one!

Then you can use the milk bottle with steam and then place it over the spot. It will pop like a right corker!

It’s not his bum! He has a bit of a beer belly and that is on the underside of the slight over hang.

I do t think he’s supple enough to snap his own arse!

He’s being a wimp- I suggested he put a very hot flannel on it and he says it’s too painful.

But he will keep pawing at it ineffectually making it more sore!

I’d have squashed that with tweezers by now, and poked around inside looking for the ingrowing hair.

I did! I removed the ingrown hair last week - don’t think I got it all!

Has he tried a sharp sterile needle?
