So far done tcp, and antiseptic. Hot salty water soaks to try and get it to burst voluntarily. Currently trying bicarbonate poultice.

Live in France so I've never seen mag sulphate here. Any thoughts on how to draw the pus out? Won't let me squeeze or put her piercing back in.

And that's ear not eat. Obviously (I hope).

Shouldn't have taken the earring out as that would have helped it drain. Might need antibiotics

She came to me like that. Should i persuade her to let me put it back in ?

Problem with ears is there's less blood supply so keep it clean and get medical advice ASAP unless it radically gets better

Don't try to put the earring back in, way too inflamed for that. Salty warm water and a warm compress but really you might be in antibiotics territory, so think about GP or pharmacy visit.
