Recently noticed I have this flesh coloured bump on my cheek. Looks a bit like a spot that has gone down but never gone IYSWIM or a flesh coloured mole.
Looking back at pictures I realised it’s been there for a couple of years - doesn’t seem to have grown or changed shape though.
Thought it might be a giant milia as I get them sometimes but tried to pop it with a needle and nothing came out (as you can see from the red pin pricks) help!
Any advice on what it could be or how to get rid?
I think I will probably have to go and get it checked it out when I’m back from hols but I’m slightly disappointed I didn’t get a pleasing oozing mass escape from it.
