I thought you may appreciate this photo. My cat bit me quite badly on Sunday (new cat encountered existing cat) when I tried stopping her attacking our other cat.
Managed to get to a walk-in clinic tonight & now waiting for antibiotics.

I have to say I'm pleased you're getting anti-biotics, OP. That looks pretty yellow in pic 1.

Vet here - you need immediate medical attention. Cat bites are often under-treated by doctors and they may not realise the seriousness. As it’s been 2 days you may we’ll need a joint flush if infection has taken hold - approx 1/3 of patients with cat bites to the hand require hospitalisation

I took this photos while I was waiting for my co-amoxiclav script, that I started taking this evening. I'm under strict instructions to go back if it gets any worse.
