Last week I spotted a little black stick poking out but he wouldn't let me pull it (I know LTB!) but it turned out to be this!

How did this happen??

I found similar when I was pregnant and my belly button popped out. Had to lube up with olive oil to help get it out. Apparently it's a build up of keratin dead skin cells. Stank a bit as well.

My dp gets these! They make my bloody day. He lets me fish with tweezers god love him. The first one was huge. They are never as good now as I check too often.
