Does it irritate everyone else that the doctor keeps having to go to seemingly the next village every time they need another swab or other miscellaneous tool?!

I hate that on some ear wax videos, it ruins the moment.

It's also frustrating that it says lots more came out after filming stopped, you could see that there must have been more. I kept wanting them to put a bit of welly into it.
