I have this most hideous spot appear yesterday and it’s hurting like a m’fucker!!
It hurts to open my mouth, to eat and to drink!
I’m not a fan of squeezing spots but I need this to disappear ASAP!! Is there anything else I can do?

sterlise a pin and pop it, most if the stuff will come out as the pressure is released, you don't have to squeeze.
