I need a skin graft for tonight

I have a cystic spot up or on my nose. This beast has no head and I don't know if it's in my nose or on the outside. It is painful. I've squeezed and gone in with a needle and of course taken a layer of skin off.

I'm going out tonight. I need help quick. What do I do?

My usual trick is to dry out and apply neutral eyeshadow to it. Do any obsessive squeezers have any other tips?!

Add heat to it to draw it out?

I think I might need to focus on concealing it now as going out tonight and then trying with heat tomorrow.

If it is like my usual cystic spots then I don't think it will pop even with heat

Liquid plaster/bandage over the top gives a better surface for the make up to stick to.
