What's best way to remove? We went to see a dermatologist today who said I should try and get rid of ones on his back. I'm literally beside myself.

One of those little blackead remover things might work?

Oh you lucky lucky lady. Get yourself a nice blackhead remover, Give his back a bit of a wash with a hot cloth to loosen everything up. Get a nice light source on it and have fun!

Also...if you wrap a piece of toiler paper around each index finger then squeeze...the tissue acts as grip and you'll get more out.
