No, I just had a shower every morning but purposely didn’t rub my feet. I did my on Friday night and today there are no flakes left
(Should have worn socks in bed!)
Tonight is soak and scrub!

I've been trying to soak mine for 10 mins a day. I'm wearing tights today and I'm a bit scared about what I'm going to find in the feet when I take them off tonight.

That's much more impressive than mine, I've have to pick at it to get a loose piece. Hoping for more shedding over the next few days

When did you do yours @KinkyAfro ?

Here's my final photos, this is one week on from treatment. All peeling mostly done now and my feet are beautifully soft. There's a few small areas of hard skin remaining - mostly the places where it was really bad to start - but overall I am incredibly impressed with this stuff. Will definitely be buying again.

After a long soak and scrub, my feet are really soft. My heels could probably do with another go, so I will wait a few weeks and try it again.
I really loved doing it!
