Does anyone want to see a bazooka'd verrucca?

No idea if anyone does... I have a photo!

It was on DD's pinkie toe and I only applied the bazooka 4 times. Strangely satisfying to see it lifting this evening and it basically fell off.

Am fascinated by it too.

We need a pic of the toe.

Caken · 29/01/2018 22:18

Laaavly. And now the extraction site please Grin

JeremiahBackflip · 29/01/2018 22:19

It basically started off as a tiny black dot which I tried to pull out (I thought it was dirt Confused ) But by Thursday evening it was definitely a verrucca with most visible but a wider... base sort of still under the skin.

I had no idea it was loose. I added another layer but it was coming away at the edge so I gently yanked it off (DD was too surprised to be upset!) And lo! A compact disc of verrucca.

Satisfying doesn't cover it.

A thousand apologies for the delay in posting, I wasn't sure if a fallen off verrucca was spornery enough.

Ah, the extraction site. It's a proper crater. Nothing left in it.

Sadly DD is asleep in bed with her toe in a sock so I can't touch it. Tomorrow! I will take a photo Tomorrow!

Please please please don’t forget! Am living the sound of a crater! Grin

How old is your DD? I think my DS has a couple and not sure if 5 yo is too young for bazooka...

Knaffedoff · 29/01/2018 22:25

Both of my kids got veruccas at around 5/6yrs old

ScreamingValenta · 29/01/2018 22:30

Ooh, very nice, OP. Loving the black dot in the middle.

JeremiahBackflip · 29/01/2018 22:34

DD is 6. She was mildly interested in the removed verrucca. I may have a junior Sporner...

Oh, that is so satisfying. DS has a massive verruca on his foot and it is taking forever to remove (bad parent as thought it has gone and he never mentioned it again until recently when it was the size of a 50p). He is rather cruel and unnatural, preferring to file it down himself instead of letting me at it. But perhaps he'll let me post a photo of it.

What a wonderful thread! I've been treating mine for years and they're finally starting to peel away Grin

JeremiahBackflip · 30/01/2018 21:05

As promised: the excavation site.

How delightfully gross Grin

Dontsayyouloveme · 30/01/2018 21:27

Woooow. That is amazing! My son has recently got one on his foot. I’m using bazooka and I’m loving filing it down. Can’t wait for it to come out and have a hole in his foot!! Grin

JeremiahBackflip · 30/01/2018 22:35

I didn't even get a chance to file anything! The little emery board is still untouched! I was a tiny bit disappointed it came off so quickly but that was squashed by the sheer wonder at the disc of verrucca I was presented with.

That looks like my finger when I used it to remove a wart, all white and wrinkly Grin

Caken · 31/01/2018 22:56

Beaut Grin

Dontsayyouloveme · 01/02/2018 08:36

OP you’re so lucky! I reckon I’m in this fir the long haul!!😕

Berthatydfil · 01/02/2018 08:42

That happened to my sons foot. I didn’t file off the bazooka and just layered it on. One night after a bath I noticed the skin was peeling round it so I pulled it and the verucca came out attached to the layer of skin and bazooka.
It was the size of a raisin and really hard - so no wonder they hurt when walking. It left a huge crater in his foot and it bled quite a lot. He still has a small area of whiter looking skin there.

Dontsayyouloveme · 01/02/2018 21:10

Right, I’m not filing it anymore then! I want to be able to just pull it out!! Lol x

Royalfuckup · 02/02/2018 17:09

That is absolutely bloody amazing!!!

Dontsayyouloveme · 06/02/2018 08:38

Devastated! Managed to pull off the hard white covering on my son’s verruca, hoping that it would be the little bugger coming out! Nothing.... nada..... gutted. It was just the gel stuff... no verucca..! Not sure my son will fall for the ‘I’m not going to pull it off’ line again Sad

JeremiahBackflip · 06/02/2018 10:21

Persevere! Keep painting it on. The instructions say to pull it off every night but I couldn't for 2 of the nights so just added more on. So keep going. You'll get there. Distract him with promises of verrucca glory.
