Does anyone know what these holes are on the sole of my foot?

My first thought was a verucca, but I have had one hole for about 15 years... tried verucca treatments which didn't touch it. It isn't painful so I just sort of ignored it, but now noticed the holes are spreading Shock

Is there anything I can do to treat at home? Any ideas what they are? Don't really want to bother a doctor as they are not painful or bothering me, just look awful!

Hello, did you ever get this sorted? Mine is the exact same and the NHS aren’t interesting in helping. Tried 4 different vuruca treatment things and none have worked. 26 now and had them since I was 15.

If it’s not between your toes, it could be athlete’s foot. I had a similar madly itchy rash on the side of my foot near my ankle once. My GP diagnosed athlete’s foot and it cleared up with cream.
