Is this the most painful spot to get a spot?

Right where my bra strap sits near my boob. It kills every time I move and I swore when I tried to give it a squeeze.

It's huge but it hasn't even got a head yet! How big is it gonna get?!

Large blob of sudocrem & a plaster on it, overnight, or for as long as necessary to bring it to a head or make it go away (if no head forms). I have suffered with dreadful skin for decades. It will help.
If you often get them there, I'd look at your washing powder or softener as a possible suspect for the cause... or invest in a wire-free bra at least.

Oh an don't even attempt to squeeze it unless there is a very clear head on it! You will make it worse.

I'm working away from home atm and don't have any sudocrem, I'll have to hunt for some tomorrow morning before work. Just hopped into bed and I'm having to hold boob out of the way because it keeps flopping on it!
