This is really embaressing hence the name change.
After I wiped this was on the tissue. Wasn't constipated or anything.

Time for a docs visit - most likely something innocuous but that's a fair bit of blood and mucous, you do need to have it checked. Could be an anal fissure, bleedy pile, polyp bleeding. Impossible to say without a check

It's fresh blood, so likely from further down the gi tract, but you do need a check. Off to the Gp!

Any severe pain, lots of blood, fever or passing stuff that looks like used coffee grounds --> Immediate trip to acute care.

I've endometriosis and was meant to have unseen blood in urine investigated about 2 years ago but they wouldn't do cystoscopy as I fell pregnant and nothing been done since. I've gp 16th Oct so will mention it then.
