Woken up with hard lump

In pubic area. It's horrible. If I squeeze blood comes out. I'm sitting with a hot wet cloth on it and squeezing every so often. Please help me get to the presumably very long hair that must be lurking there. I've name changed as I know there'll be photo demands

What do I do?

Should I have a bath?

Lots of heat, looks like there's a second head trying to come to the surface

Keep putting more hot water on the cloth that's on it. Whole area is getting more swollen. Is that a good thing?
