How do I get rid of the fucker! It's rock solid hasn't got a head but I can see white under the skin and it's so painful!!!
I used to get them as a teen and they'd eventually burst into a volcanoe of thick green puss and with a little prod a rancid massive core would come out. I really don't want to get these again because I'd come out of class or the shower and have thick green stuff coming out my ear.
Aaaaany way how do I get rid without spreading the infection like before.
Also my mums a useless cow so she didn't take me to the dr and I had to deal my ears by self. Should I go to the dr?

We need photos before we can advise. Them's the rules!

Surely that's a reason you DO want them?! Grin

That's the clearest I can get while my 2 year old shows me her potty!

I would sterilize a fine needle and go for it!! Possibly set up a convoluted system with mirrors so I could be more accurate enjoy the experience more

Firstly, and most importantly, you need someone to hold the camera to film it.

OrlandaFuriosa · 09/09/2017 12:16

Ask for this to be moved to sporner corner..

Then get magnesium sulphate and it will draw it.

Or toothpaste if you can't get out, though not so effective.

GeekLove · 09/09/2017 12:43

I say draw it with teatree oil and a hot flannel then grit your teeth for the next bit.

Squeeze either side of the cartridge as hard as you can. It will hurt, you'll get those tears of pain you only get with sporning but you'll hear the 'pop' and thr relief once the core is out and it's bleeding freely

I don't know why I read these threads. I'm fascinated but feel sick as well. Smile

Chillyegg · 09/09/2017 12:48

Excellent advice all round! However can anyone answer why the hell id get such nightmares in my ears?

Hazard a guess at blocked pores due to various secretions. I still very fondly recall an amazing one in my ear that my mum popped when I was a teen. She got a couple of pops but it was still killing me so had a go myself and the final pop was such a relief and the resulting rice crispie sized emission was pretty epic too. Hope it eases soon OP!

Timeforabiscuit · 09/09/2017 13:01

Magnesium sulphate (ask a pharmacist, its usually round the back) overnight, put an old pillowcase on when you sleep just in case.

Just used it for a very very unpromising boil of dhs and the result was epic Grin

ChickenVindaloo2 · 09/09/2017 13:03

I had a huge one in my ear once and the noise of the pop nearly deafened me!

KurriKurri · 09/09/2017 13:08

I get spots in my ears when I am run down. (I am usually fighting anaemia) ears seems to be the first place I get infections. Maybe take some vitamins or supplements ? (I used to get them in my ears as a child a lot too - but my Mum relished attacking them Grin)
I shove savlon in my ear and that seems to help draw them out - mag sulphate is a bit crusty and gooey for your ear.

Chillyegg · 09/09/2017 13:08

I had one in my teens that lasted a year, and ended the last bout of ear volcanoes. every time I'd squeeze it and more green goo would come out! Then finally I asked my sister to have a go it squirted thick custard all over her face! She said it was weird because at first she couldn't see anything and then white came to the surface of the skin then her poor face was covered. ... I'll see if my best friend who's a nurse will have a go!

Warm it up first with some cotton wool and hot water. Sterilise a needle.
Set up camera. Go for it.

HurtyTeeth · 09/09/2017 13:11

I had a huge spot once in my ear. Not the ear canal itself, but similar to where yours is, OP.
It drove me mad for days and hurt. I didn't do anything fancy to it, but one day, I'd had enough and I took a kirby grip to the spot, pushed down and against on one side of it and it exploded. It was dirty and so satisfying.
I never ever ever get spots though. I'm a bit like an egg. So that beauty was epic.

ToniMumsnet · 09/09/2017 13:15

We will be moving this thread soon to 'Sporner corner' at the OPs request.
