Used footner this morning and thought I'd start a little photo diary for you all Smile

Put the socks on for 90 minutes, 6 hours ago and have noticed that my feet look all shiny. When I wiggle my toes it feels all funny at the arches of my feet.

I admit my feet are not too bad at the moment as a week ago I used my blade thingy with handle to get the thick bits of skin off...I bet loads will still come off though!

Will update with photos regularly Smile

I always peel mine but you're not supposed to in case you peel off skin that isn't ready and hurt yourself

EmmaC78 · 31/08/2017 22:02

I used Footners for the first time last weekend. They have just started peeling today so am looking forward to seeing what happens over the weekend ☺

duckwalk · 31/08/2017 22:03

I'm not really sure tbh, I'd love to be able to just leave it and have it all come off in one like a snake. But I've got no willpower...I'm a picker, squeezer, popper and plucker!

Haven't touched it since I came out my shower, drying with the towel made it roll and peel Grin

Emma you have to post photos, we can have a peel-off Grin

Following, my feet are shocking with some stubborn verrucas so I'm seriously considering indulging! Waiting for you to have some peeling underneath, the top of the foot isn't my problemConfused

I used this last night, I have used it before with good results, so hopefully it works again.

Another day of steeping my feet and look! It's beginning to work on the juicy bits at the big toe.
Still much more to go though Grin

MrsJoyOdell · 01/09/2017 13:11

Ooooooh much better!! Grin

cailisto · 01/09/2017 20:41

Can you do Footner if you're breastfeeding? I'm so tempted!

duckwalk · 01/09/2017 21:57

I'm not sure about the breastfeeding although I'm sure I've read on here it's a no-no.

You'll maybe have to go without for a bit longer.

duckwalk · 02/09/2017 22:23

I caved Blush I have started pulling it off. I've been out for dinner and had a couple of cocktails and couldn't resist when I got home.

Still loads left so I'll soak my feet tomorrow then update. Smile

Confused didn't mean to post a picture of my foot that time, must be the cocktails.

I know only had 2, lightweight.

Bloody hell. I didn't know such a thing existed. I am fascinated. I reckon it would take at least a year to work on my crusty old trotters and no way would I be able to resist having a fiddle.

Eagerly awaiting more photos of your peeling foot skin, duck.

beachbodyunready · 04/09/2017 14:17

Loving the updates. Just one question from me - are your feet sore?

MrsJoyOdell · 04/09/2017 15:08

I footnered after a looong bath last night since reading this thread. I'm ridiculously excited to join in Grin

duckwalk · 04/09/2017 15:50

I'm sad to say but my footner journey is almost over Sad
I soaked my feet last night then had a lovely evening picking away at the last bits.
I still have some stubborn little bits at my heels which I'm hoping will come away soon.
No pain whatsoever although when I tried to peel bits before they were ready it was a bit uncomfortable so I just stopped, then tackled that area the next day after another soak.

I did do a short video of me peeling off a big section but it won't upload. I'm also having trouble uploading photos but my feet are almost clear so maybe a bit boring Smile

Ah joy you'll have a great time, I'm jealous!
Although it's such a delicious feeling being able to properly feel the carpet beneath my feet for the first time in years Blush

Passthecake30 · 04/09/2017 22:42

I have fake footner sitting in my amazon basket, waiting to get to the Magic free delivery order value...

So when the skin fell off, did it drop in chunks on the carpet/in the bed? My dp is foot phobic Grin

duckwalk · 04/09/2017 23:45

Hi cake, it didn't really fall off as such. It took a good few days for anything to really happen. After soaking my feet for a few days in a row they suddenly just went that white wrinkly way and I was able to peel it off in great big strips.

The last time I done it I didn't soak my feet regularly so I think it's made all the difference this time...no flakiness this time just great big patches reassuring for peeling.

I've only got a few very small patches left on my heels now. Used the footner socks last Monday I think, and started peeling after a few days. So only a few days of grotty feet Smile

OP posts:
duckwalk · 04/09/2017 23:47

Sorry didn't really answer that properly!

I wasn't able to restrain myself from peeling my feet as I'm a chronic picker / popper etc. So no chunks falling off anywhere, I didn't give it a chance Smile
