...has been there for years. Like since childhood. Occasionally it gets a bit sore and raised and then I tend to give it a little squeeze/dig/prod but nothing. I've come to the conclusion it's a huge mass of hair under the skin. What do we think?

(excuse my blotchy legs, they don't like being shaved )

My husband had this and was lots and lots of tiny hairs that were all came out one by one one day after it burst. He was enthralled.

That's exactly what I think it is! Bet a dermatologist will have a field day 🙈

I have similar on my arm. My doctor told me it was a reverse mole, growing under the skin, not outside.
