I'm hoping you'll be able to help! My son likes to walk around barefoot all the time and has got something stuck underneath the skin on his heel! What do I do?! How do I get it out? Do I just leave it?

That looks like a blood blister rsther than something in it. Can you feel anything hard in it?

It's not hard so much but there are definitely edges to it

Soak in salt water, hopefully the skin will soften enough to get to whatever it is
