I'm hoping you'll be able to help! My son likes to walk around barefoot all the time and has got something stuck underneath the skin on his heel! What do I do?! How do I get it out? Do I just leave it?

Think you need to post another clearer photo or lighten that one. It's very difficult to see anything other than a black blob

That looks like a blood blister rsther than something in it. Can you feel anything hard in it?

It's not hard so much but there are definitely edges to it
