Owww! My shoulder hurts

Got this lump on my shoulder about two weeks ago. Looked like a bite - it came to a head, popped on its own and I put mag sulph on it.

It's one back up with a vengeance. Really raised whitey/yellow 1p-sized lump with the head and it's very hot.
Clear blood-streaked liquid oozing out.

I've cleaned it with a medicated wipe and put more mag sulph on.

Any other ideas or do I have to get to a doc?

I'd be bathing that with hot salty water compresses and covering it with Savlon cream.
