On my inner thigh- it's approx the size of a grape and getting bigger.
No discernible head but I did have a poke earlier and what must have been the bit sealing it flew out followed by some liquid. There is still some more in there though- I can feel it. Tbf I do get blackheads on my inner thighs but they don't usually get this big because I've usually got there first

So what's the best way of dealing with it? Beer bottle, flannel or a good hard squeeze?

Oooh, I'd say squeeze but.....we'd need a picture just so we can make an informed decision!
